- Do emojis work in Hayylo?
- Emojis are supported in inbound action messages but not in outbound action messages. They will be fully displayed on the recipient’s end and supported in outbound messages in the near future.
- Can I manage multiple profiles in Hayylo using just one mobile number or email address?
- Managing multiple profiles with a single account is not supported yet, but this feature is in development.
- Does Hayylo support GPS tracking for health workers and clients' locations?
- No, Hayylo does not support GPS tracking due to privacy reasons.
- Can I download documents in the Hayylo app?
- Android users can take screenshots and print them. iOS users can download documents by pressing on them and selecting "Save."

- To request a specific worker, please contact your aged care provider directly.
- What should I do if my Hayylo app gets locked out due to unusual activity?
- If the app detects unusual activity, you will be locked out for 4 hours. Please wait before attempting to log in again.
- Is there a limit to the number of family contacts and friends I can add?
- Currently, there is no limit to the number of family contacts and friends you can add.
- Can my family contacts and friends receive smart notifications for updates and changes?
- No, currently only the client has access to smart notifications.

- No, your information remains on your aged care company’s servers. Reinstalling the app will restore your information. To permanently delete your data, contact your aged care provider.
