Hayylo can be configured to create a range of notifications for your internal teams, clients and workers. Smart Notifications are automated messages sent to your client by SMS, to advise of changes to their services. The instruction below provide more detail and the steps to switching this function on and off.
1. Switching on Client Smart Notifications

Follow these steps to turn on/off Smart Notifications for a client:

Login to hayylo with your registered username and password

From the left-hand menu, select the Clients container

Search for the client you wish to update

In the client profile, you will see the Smart Notifications toggle.

Click the toggle to switch Smart Notifications on or off

Click Save
Smart Notifications: Smart Notifications are SMS messages sent to your client and are triggered by changes to the client schedule. When switched off, your client will only be notified of changes via the mobile app (if active).
On/Off: When the Smart Notifications are switched off for the client, the toggle colour will return to white. When the toggle is active and Smart Notifications are enabled for the client, the toggle colour will appear.
