Hayylo is the perfect place to manage all of your customer communication. However, we understand that it is very important to maintain a complete and auditable view of the client record in your Care Management System. This of course should include communications that occur within Hayylo Actions.
With the Client Actions Export feature, Hayylo will send the entire contents of an Action (all communications, statuses updates, and dates) to your Telstra Homecare Manager (HCM) system, to be saved against the corresponding client record. This export will occur whenever an Action is marked as complete by a user in Hayylo, and will be saved in the HCM database near real-time.

Featured set up
To set up this feature, Hayylo will extend the existing HCM integration to allow the Hayylo adapter to insert customer notes data into HCM for the client. This process will consist of the following:
- Installation of a new version of the Hayylo adapter that supports Client Actions Export
- Creation of a stored procedure in the HCM database
- This procedure will be used to insert the actions into the customer notes table
- Extension of the existing Windows service account that is used to access the HCM database, to allow permission to execute the stored procedure
- Note: the account will only have permission to insert data into a single table in HCM via the stored procedure, no other write access is required
- Agreement and setup of the Customer Note type in HCM
- Enablement of the Client Actions Export feature in the Hayylo company account
