In hayylo, Documents are a great way to make sure your support workers have all the necessary client information on hand to deliver the best service possible. Documents allow you to upload key client information which can be made available to your support workers for each scheduled service, right from within the mobile app. This has been introduced with the example of care plans in mind and is flexible enough to support a wide range of client documents.
Getting Started
Using documents is easy and the following will outline a few key steps you’ll need in order to get the most out of this feature.
