In Hayylo, clients are typically added by integration with your Scheduling or Customer Relationship Management system however where no integration is activated, a client can be added directly into the clients container within the web portal. This page provides instructions on adding clients manually.
Adding a client
Minimum Requirements: To add a client to Hayylo you will need the client’s full name, address, and contact information. You will also be required to assign the client to a group.
Instructions
Follow these steps to add a client:

Login to hayylo with your registered username and password

From the left-hand menu, select the Clients container

Click Add New Client to begin adding the client information

Complete the form with the client’s full name, address and contact details

Assign the client to the relevant Group and select a Customer Type that applies

Click Save
App Access: To ensure the customer can access the mobile app using their mobile phone number, enter the mobile number in the Phone Login field. Any mobile number added to this field is linked to the client profile and will allow access to the profile through the Hayylo app.
