In Hayylo, contacts are the members of your customer’s family network that can be granted access to the app to view and manage your customers care and schedule. Contacts are usually added by the customer in the app using the Invite function however contacts can be added and updated in Hayylo also. This page provides instructions on adding contacts of the customer in Hayylo.
Adding a user
Minimum Requirements: To add a contact to Hayylo and enable their access via the app, you will need the person's full name and mobile phone number. You may also need to know if this person will be a primary contact or a secondary contact of the customer.
Instructions
Follow these steps to add a user:

Login to hayylo with your registered username and password

From the left-hand menu, select the Clients container

Search for the client you will be updating

In the client profile, click the Contacts tab

Click Add Contact

Enter the person's full name and mobile phone number

Check the Primary Contact box if this person will be the primary contact of the customer

Click Save
