Actions Performance Improvements
Due Date Dropdown:
We have introduced a new dropdown for due dates, which will now default to the option Past 15 days & Future. This adjustment limits the data load, improving response times. The maximum range for viewing data will now be the option Past 90 days & Future. Actions older 90 days can still be found in the Client View.
Removal of Assignee Number Counts:
We are removing the display of action counts per assignee from the Assignees dropdown to enhance performance. This change, while tough, is a strategic move to decrease load times immediately. We are actively exploring innovative ways to bring this feature back more efficiently.
Bug fix
Groups Showing Inactive Users:
We have fixed the issue that displayed inactive users in "Groups," ensuring a cleaner and more accurate user management experience.

SMS Campaigns Optimisation for High Volume
We have fixed the issue with campaign failures when sending large volumes of SMS at once. You no longer need to raise support tickets for this.
While addressing this issue, we have also made some enhancements to improve your overall experience. More details on this below.
SMS Campaigns User Interface Updates
Campaign Sorting: The latest campaigns will now appear at the top.
Enhanced Status Updates: There will be three statuses for SMS campaigns:
- In Progress: This status indicates that the system is working in the background to send the SMSs. You can check back later to see the final status.
- Successful
- Failed
Real-Time Feedback: You will now receive real-time feedback on character length when creating a campaign.
Detailed View Information: More detailed information is available in the detailed view.
Improved Logging: We have added more logging on our side. If an SMS campaign is not working, we will be notified immediately so that one of our team members can assess and address the issue promptly.

Client status management
We've introduced a new feature that allows you to easily mark clients as “Active” or “Inactive.” This is especially useful when a client's status changes temporarily due to vacations, hospital stays, or funding pauses. You can now manage their communication needs effectively without removing them from the system and smoothly reactivate them once they resume regular services. The “Client Status” column in the client container lets you toggle a client’s status with all clients set to active by default.

Back button when creating an Action
We've streamlined the action creation process in Hayylo by introducing a 'Back' button. This new feature enables you to easily return to the previous screen if you need to revise your selection, eliminating the need to close the window and start over, which previously added unnecessary time and effort to your workflow.

We continue to listen to feedback to make the Actions Summary Report even more powerful for understanding how work gets done in your organisations. Now you can report on individuals and groups in the same report. Find more details here.

Client phone search
You've spoken and we've listened! You can now search for a client based on their phone number.
Actions summary report filtering
We expanded the filtering you can apply when creating actions summary reports. This will let you better understand which teams are doing the work by allowing you to view the workload by team, region, or even funding type.
Notes integration with Alayacare
We love integrating with Alayacare! Our integration now supports sending the contents of completed actions directly back into the customer record in Alayacare, as a customer note.
Sub-action types
Sub-actions are a very useful tool for dividing up work. They've now become even more useful as we've added the ability to change the type of any sub-action, from the parent type, to any other type you choose.
