The Customer profile history section provides the date and time of each SMS/App notification sent to the customer. The below message status events will help you to know when a customer is receiving the messages as expected or if there is a problem to investigate with the customer.
- SENT: Your message has been successfully delivered to the recipients handset
- IN-PROGRESS: We have delivered your message to the carrier and they are attempting to deliver it to the recipients handset. The status may take up to 72 hours to be updated depending on the availability of the recipients mobile network or if the phone is powered on. If the message is not able to be delivered in this time it will be marked as Failed. We would suggest attempting to reach out to these customers to confirm their
- FAILED: Indicates the mobile handset has not received the messages.
