Why am I see cannot connect or refused to connect errors?

If you are trying to access your company's Hayylo account and are seeing these types of errors in your browser, it may be that your router is blocking the Hayylo URLs. The Eero router is one particular product that is known to sometimes causes these connection issues. 

To unblock Hayylo in Eero, follow the instructions in the this article: 

eero Help Center - Block / Allow Websites

In step 5, enter the following Hayylo sites

  • app.hayylo.com
  • [yoursubdomain].hayylo.com (eg, hayylocare.hayylo.com)
  • hayylo.com
