What you're experiencing
Some users may experience trouble when loading hayylo and notice that some buttons, text or icons do not load correctly or are not working as expected. This can affect the Actions container when users are filtering their list of actions or making changes to an assigned action.
Users may also have difficulty entering text into some fields in Hayylo or even simply logging in with their email and password.
Solution
There may be a number of reasons for an error like this including a drop in the network/internet connection or an invalid cache file causing disruption to the correct loading of the website features.
Follow the below steps to attempt to resolve this issue:

Close your current internet browser and access hayylo through the Google Chrome browser

Clear your cache files by following the instructions below

On your computer, open the Google Chrome Browser.

At the top right, click More.

Click More tools. Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

Click Clear data.

Hayylo recommends that users access the hayylo web portal through the Google Chrome browser. Some known errors exist with other unsupported browsers such as Internet Explorer which is no longer supported by a number of software providers.
