To ensure that Hayylo can notify you for updates from your provider, you will need to make sure your app settings allow notifications to be sent to your device.
Android App Settings
Go to Settings > Apps and scroll to find the app name e.g. "Hayylo". Select the app and adjust the settings to match the below.
iPhone App Settings
Go to Settings > Notifications and scroll to find the app name e.g. "Hayylo". Select the app and adjust the settings to match the below.
