Having trouble logging in to the app? Check the following before trying again:
- Is your Mobile Phone Number registered in Hayylo against a client, worker or family profile?
- Is your device connected to the internet and able to receive SMS?
- Have you downloaded the correct app from the app store?
Logging into the app
To login to the app follow the below instructions:
- Download the app from the app store (Apple App Store/Google Play) by searching the Care Provider name in the relevant store
- Open the app and click Get Started
- Enter your Mobile Phone Number
- Wait for the One Time Code to be sent by SMS, this will grant you automatic access
