Having trouble logging in to the app? Check the following before trying again:

  • Is your Mobile Phone Number registered in Hayylo against a client, worker or family profile?
  • Is your device connected to the internet and able to receive SMS?
  • Have you downloaded the correct app from the app store?

Logging into the app

To login to the app follow the below instructions:

  1. Download the app from the app store (Apple App Store/Google Play) by searching the Care Provider name in the relevant store
  2. Open the app and click Get Started
  3. Enter your Mobile Phone Number
  4. Wait for the One Time Code to be sent by SMS, this will grant you automatic access
