Service change notification improvements

Hayylo is improving the service change notifications sent to customers as either SMS or push notifications to an app enabled device. The following changes will come into affect for all outgoing notifications start December 1st 2022.

The examples of each message format at outlined below. 

 

 

The new message text should be sent to Client via SMS

  • To client / with worker name

 

    • Your service has changed, here are the updated details: [Service name] at H:mm on D MMM with [Worker first name]. If you have any questions, please give us a call on [company number]. [Download the app: [app downlink url].]

    • e.g Your service has changed, here are the updated details: Personal Care at 1:30pm on 3 Nov with Sandy. If you have any questions, give us a call on 1800 123 456

 

The new message text should be sent to Client via SMS

  • To client / without worker name

 

    • Your service has changed, here are the updated details: [Service name] at H:mm on D MMM with a team member from [company name]. If you have any questions, please give us a call on [company number]. [Download the app: [app downlink url].]

    • e.g Your service has changed, here are the updated details: Personal Care at 1:30pm on 3 Nov with a team member from Hayylo. If you have any questions, give us a call on 1800 123 456. Download the app:

  • To client / with worker name

    • Your service has changed, here are the updated details: [Service name] at H:mm on D MMM with [Worker first name]. If you have any questions, please give us a call on [company number].

    • e.g Your service has changed, here are the updated details: Personal Care at 1:30pm on 3 Nov with Sandy. If you have any questions, give us a call on 1800 123 456

  • To client / without worker name

    • Your service has changed, here are the updated details: [Service name] at H:mm on D MMM with a team member from [company name]. If you have any questions, please give us a call on [company number].

    • e.g Your service has changed, here are the updated details: Personal Care at 1:30pm on 3 Nov with a team member from Hayylo. If you have any questions, give us a call on 1800 123 456.
