Deactivating and Reactivating Client in Hayylo

We’re excited to announce a new feature that gives you more control over client profiles. You can now deactivate or reactivate clients directly in your Hayylo account, removing the necessity to delete them. This update simplifies the process of adjusting account statuses, enabling you to handle these changes independently without assistance from Hayylo support.

Deactivate a client


1. Navigate to the Clients List screen
2. In this screen you can now choose to view clients based on status. Ensure you're viewing All clients or Active clients from the dropdown.



3. Click on the Client Status toggle for the client you wish to deactivate.


4. Confirm that you wish to deactivate the client.


Reactivate a client

1. Navigate to the Clients List screen
2. To reactivate a client, find them by viewing All clients or Inactive clients from the dropdown.



3. Click on the Client Status toggle for the client you wish to reactivate.


4. Confirm that you wish to reactivate the client.


Note: You can also reactivate an inactive client by clicking on their name in the Clients List screen or the Actions List screen.

Note

In your Hayylo account, client are automatically added and updated via integration with your Care Management System (CMS). However, in most integrations, clients are not automatically deactivated or deleted. As such, clients who are no longer active should be manually removed from Hayylo using the steps above.
