Introduction
There are many types of client services where the exact time is not known, such as when services are brokered to 3rd party providers. Hayylo is now fully supportive of this model and can handle services that start at a specific time, within a certain time range (such as 9am-12pm) or even at any time within an entire day. These last two ranges of time are collectively known as visit windows.
Hayylo can support the configuration of visit window codes to support these different scenarios in your scheduling system, and will be able to import, display and send notifications for any of these types of scheduled services.
What's Changing?
The schedule screen and the visit details screen in the Hayylo app have been updated to support the three different types of scheduled service (exact time, window of time, any time during the specified day).

As the left screenshot above depicts, exact time visits (1st visit in the list) will only show the start time. This change is to clearly differentiate between a visit that starts at an exact time, and a visit that starts within a window of time (as shown in the 2nd visit in the list).
The visit details screen has also been updated to show the scheduled time in the same manner as the scheduled screen above. The duration of the visit remains on this screen to allow the user to understand when the visit would be completed by.
Integration
Please note, this feature requires integration with your Care Management System to allow Hayylo to import visits with these types of scheduling. Please contact Hayylo support to discuss whether this is available for your account.
