Login to Hayylo with your registered username and password

From the left-hand menu, select the Settings container and select Routing Groups
- Open the desired Routing Group by clicking on the Edit icon on the right
- In the search user field, enter the name of a service user you wish to add to this group
- Select the user's name and they will be added to the list
- Click Save
User not found
If you are unable to find the user it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The spelling of the name entered into the search box doesn't correctly match the user's name
- The user is already a part of the routing group
- The user is not a Service User, they may have a different user type, such as Company Admin
