How do I add a user to an existing Actions Routing Group?

This article describes how to add a user to an existing Routing Group. For an introduction to Routing Groups, please see this article: What are Routing Groups?

Instructions

  1. Login to Hayylo with your registered username and password

  2. From the left-hand menu, select the Settings container and select Routing Groups 

  3. Open the desired Routing Group by clicking on the Edit icon on the right
  4. In the search user field, enter the name of a service user you wish to add to this group
  5. Select the user's name and they will be added to the list
  6. Click Save

User not found

If you are unable to find the user it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The spelling of the name entered into the search box doesn't correctly match the user's name
  • The user is already a part of the routing group
  • The user is not a Service User, they may have a different user type, such as Company Admin
