How do I know which clients to call for schedule changes?

Hayylo helps your team by automatically notifying clients of changes to their schedule either by Smart Notifications (SMS), Push Notifications (App) or Smart Actions (Web Reminder to your team).

The following table will help to understand which type of notification is created for you client.

 

A client who:

Has a mobile phone registered

Is logged into the APP

  • a Push Notification
    (in the App)

No phone call is required

Is not logged into the App

  • SMS Notification
    (on their phone)

No phone call is required

Doesn’t have a mobile phone

Is not logged into the App

  • no automated notification

A “Smart Action” will be created letting you know that phone them to let them know that their schedule has changed.

 

If the client does not have a mobile phone number registered with you a Smart Action will be automatically be created (a new Action in your Actions container)

The Action will be created in your Actions container in Hayylo. To find these Actions filter on type “Service Change - Phone Call” and assignee "Smart Actions”
