How do I find an open SMS conversation?

When responding to an Action by reply SMS to the client you may receive an error which mentions that the message cannot be sent as there is an open SMS conversation with that client already. Any Action where the client has been communicated with by SMS will cause this error if the Action is marked as status TO DO or IN PROGRESS. 

To find the open conversation follow the below instructions

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the client container and search the client name
  2. Click to open the client profile
  3. Click the Actions tab 
  4. Use the filters to view all TO DO and IN PROGRESS Actions
  5. Click to open an Action and view the history to see which Action contains the SMS communications with the client

Note: SMS conversations with no response or reply will be ended after 4 hours. Replies after 4 hours will create a new Action in Hayylo.
