When you need to let multiple people in your team know about an Action or the Action is complex and requires multiple teams input, Hayylo allows you to create Linked Actions which can be assigned to different users.
To create a Linked Action
- Click under the heading "LINKED ACTIONS"
- Select the group/individual assignee(s) for the first Linked Action
- Add a comment in the new Linked Action to let the group/individual assignee(s) know why they have been assigned this action*
*Linked Actions will contain a hyperlink back to the parent Action so that teams can get the contextual details for the Linked Action.
