Actions
In hayylo, Actions are the engine that helps to drive many of the core customer engagement features across the platform. Actions are tasks that your internal teams can create, assign and complete. Actions can be created in three ways: by a team member, by a client in the app or created by Smart Actions. No matter how they are created, all actions are viewed and managed from inside the Actions tab which you can find in the left-hand menu list.
