Smart Actions are reminders which help your team to know which clients need to be contacted and advised of schedule changes that have been received into Hayylo. When Smart Actions are set for a client, a reminder will be created following a schedule change trigger such as a time change. This reminder will advise your team in Actions to call the client and let them know about the schedule change. Smart Actions can be turned on/off in the client profile in Hayylo.
